S’mores have long been enjoyed around a roaring bonfire at camping or on the beach. Bring back memories of those warm weather evenings year-round with these easy-to-make, no bake tasty treats!
Lightly spray baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, combine cereal and crushed graham crackers. In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, place butter and sugar. Microwave on HIGH 30-45 seconds or until butter is melted.
Set aside 1 cup marshmallows. Add remaining marshmallows to bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1½ minutes or until marshmallows are melted, stirring every 30-seconds. Immediately pour marshmallow mixture over cereal mixture in bowl; stir well. Add chocolate chips and reserved marshmallows; stir until well coated.
Turn mixture into prepared pan; press mixture down firmly. Cool completely. Cut into squares or shapes using cookie cutters.
Makes 24 squares.
Cook's Tip: Marshmallows swell and rise during microwaving. Always stir every 30 seconds to avoid bubbling over.
