Refreshing creamy citrus in a fun flower shape. The perfect addition to a ladies' luncheon, dinner on the patio, or dessert after a heavy meal.
Spray silicone mini flower mold with vegetable pan spray. In small bowl, pour hot orange juice over gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in dissolved gelatin mixture and, if desired, orange zest; mix well. Spoon into prepared mold. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
To serve, release flowers on small plate. If desired, garnish with orange segments and mint.
Makes 6 servings.
