Cream Cheese Icing

In large bowl, beat cream cheese, orange juice and zest with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add confectioners´ sugar. Continue beating until icing is smooth and creamy, 5-10 minutes.

Makes about 3 cups icing.

Ingredients and tools:

3 packages (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
4 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
