The ultimate chocolate candy, yet unbelievably easy to make!
In microwave safe container or on top of stove, melt Candy Melts with cream. If desired, stir in flavor. Pour into shallow pan. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight until firm but pliable. Roll into 1-inch balls. Dip in melted candy and place on parchment covered cookie sheet. Chill until coating is firm. If desired, drizzle truffles with contrasting melted candy.
