Yummy Bears

The flexible Silicone Bear Mold makes it so easy to create these delicious treats. They are simple to unmold and fun to decorate with melted candy in parchment bags.

Each serves 1.

Step 1: Melt Candy

Melt Light Cocoa and White Candy Melts following package instructions in bottle, decorating bag or parchment triangle.

Step 2: Mold Candies

Place silicone mold on cookie sheet. Fill with melted candy.  Gently tap mold on counter to eliminate any air bubbles.  Refrigerate until firm. Carefully peel mold back to remove candy.

Step 3: Decorate Candy

Melt White Candy Melts; tint small amount pink and black. Melt Red Candy Melts. Place melted candy in cut parchment bags and use to pipe eyes, mouth, nose and ties on bears.
