Step 1: Prepare Cake

Bake and cool your favorite 1-layer sheet cake. Position cake on foil-covered cake board.

Step 2: Decorate

Spatula ice cake smooth in ivory buttercream icing. Print tip 4 message. Pipe tip 12 ball balloons; add tip 2 outline strings and balloon highlights. Pipe tip 21 star bottom border using different colors of icing.
