Tri-Dipped Cake Pops

Dipping in three different candy colors creates an elegant rainbow effect with minimal effort. So easy, even novice decorators can make this look effortless.

Step 1: Make Cake Balls

Make cake ball pops following recipe. Place on parchment-lined cookie pan; chill at least 2 hours. Insert stick into already-chilled cake balls. Let set

Step 2: Dip Pops in Melted Candy

Melt Candy Melts following package instructions. Dip pop into melted candy; tap pop lightly to smooth surface. Chill.

Step 3: Dip Pops in 2^nd Melted Candy

Dip chilled pop 2/3 deep in second, or lightened, color of melted Candy Melts. Dip straight down to create an even line between colors. Tap and chill.

Step 4: Dip Pops in 3^rd Melted Candy

Dip pop 1/2 deep in third or very lightened Candy Melts color. Tap to remove excess. Place on parchment-covered board and chill until firm.
