Cut crown off of cake. Cut cake into 4 even horizontal layers.
Place bottom layer, cut side up, on serving plate. Create a tip 12 dam of icing 1/4 inch from edge of layer. Spoon cherry pie filling into center. Repeat with 2nd cake layer and blueberry pie filing. Repeat with 3rd cake layer and cherry pie filling. Top with remaining cake layer. Spatula ice top and sides of cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
