Springtime Shortbread Snacks

Delicious pecan shortbread cookies cut in impressive flower, butterfly, gift and circle shapes, then decorated so pretty in soft pastels and chocolate — the perfect treat for any tea party.

Step 1: Make Cookies

Prepare Pecan Shortbread Cookie Recipe following recipe directions. Roll out 1/8-inch thick; cut with butterfly, flower, square and circle cutters. Bake 7-9 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2: Decorate Cookies

Outline and fill in all cookies with tip 3. Pipe tip 7 dots in center of flower cookie. Cover butterflies with tip 16 stars. Add tip 3 dots and flower pipe-in designs. Pipe tip 7 ribbons and tip 3 bows on packages.
