Prepare your favorite sugar cookie recipe or use refrigerated cookie dough. If desired, color dough with icing color. Roll out dough and cut round cookies using Comfort Grip cutter. Cut stars from center of half the cookies using medium star Cut-Out or mini star cutter from cutter set. Bake round cookies following recipe instructions 9-11 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet on wire rack 2 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
Bake mini stars on separate cookie pan 5-6 minutes; cool 1 minute on pan, remove and cool completely. Enjoy as a snack!
Attach lollipop or cookie sticks to back of solid cookies using royal icing or melted candy melts; let set. Cover top of solid cookies with Sparkle Gel; position cookies with star on top. Add Sparkle Gel swirls to cookie with cut out.
Wrap craft block with Fanci-Foil; arrange Cookie Pops in block. Add ribbon curls to top.
