Bake and cool brownies following recipe instructions, or purchase ready-made brownies; cut into squares.
Tint portions of the buttercream icing light rose, dark rose and green.
Attach flower square to flower nail with dot of icing. Pipe a tip 12 circle of dark rose icing on square. With tip 16, pipe a cluster of dark rose pull-out stars, about 1 in. long in center of circle. Pipe tip 18 light rose icing pull-out stars about 3/8 in. long around base of icing circle. Continue piping tip 18 light rose pull-out stars in rows, angling each rose upward more, to fill in mum. Place on brownie. Add tip 352 green leaf.
