Your guests will love the fresh peach color on this sweet fondant flower design. It's a great shower or brunch cake—accomplished in a few simple decorating steps.
Cake serves 12.
Bake your favorite 2-layer cake recipe or mix in round pan. Cool cake in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Place on foil-wrapped cake circle. Spatula ice cake smooth with peach buttercream; add tip 5 bead bottom border.
Tint 6 oz. fondant peach and roll out 1/8 in. thick. Using pansy and apple blossom cutters from Floral Collection set, cut out approximately 20 flowers of each size.
Position flowers on cake. Roll small balls of white fondant for flower centers and random dots; attach with dots of icing.
