Party Candle Cakes

Party Candles

Light up your celebration with candle cakes glowing in brilliant colors. They're easy to decorate, using rolled fondant!

Each cake serves 2.

Step 1

In advance, prepare flames: Divide orange and yellow neon fondant packages in half; reserve. Roll out fondant 1/8-inch thick; with leaf Cut-Outs, cut large yellow and medium orange flames. Attach orange to yellow flame with damp brush; dry on cornstarch-dusted surface. When dry, attach lollipop stick to back of flame with log of additional soft fondant or with melted candy.
