Monogram Dot Cookie Pops

The ideal dessert-party favor combo - cookies and candy - whether for a shower, ladies' lunch, even a kids event. Personalize these pops not only with the monogram, but with the color combinations you decorate with.

Each serves 1.

Step 1: Make Cookies

Prepare cookie dough. Spray pan with vegetable pan spray. Press cookie dough into pan cavities; press cookie sticks into dough, adding additional dough over stick if desired. Bake and cool cookies following recipe directions.

Step 2: Mold Candy

Melt cocoa and pink Candy Melts following package instructions. Pour into desired letter mold; chill until set. Unmold. Melt white Candy Melts; pour into cutter placed on parchment-lined baking pan, filling about 1/4 in. Chill until set. Pipe 1/4 in. dots of melted candy onto parchment paper; chill until set.

Step 3: Decorate Cookies

Place cooled cookies on cooling grid over a cookie sheet. Cover with melted cocoa or pink candy; chill until set. Attach white candy plaque, candy monogram and candy dots with melted candy; chill until set.
