For snowman, place 3 large marshmallows on lollipop stick. Draw facial features with FoodWriter markers. Dip pretzel sticks into melted white Candy Melts; insert into marshmallow sides. Attach Confetti Sprinkles with dots of white candy. Roll out colored fondant 1/16 in. thick. For scarf cut approx. 6 in. x 1 in. piece; fringe ends and wrap around snowman. Cut off curved top of large gum drop. Roll on granulated sugar covered surface; cut with large end of tip 1M. Attach to cut gum drop with dots of candy for hat. Attach to snowman with dots of candy.
For reindeer, dip 3 large and 4 mini marshmallows in melted light cocoa Candy Melts; set on parchment-lined pan and refrigerate until set. Cut mini marshmallow in half; cut one half in half again and form into pointy ears. Dip all in melted Candy Melts and refrigerate until set. Slide large marshmallows onto lollipop stick, securing with melted candy; attach other marshmallow pieces with dots of melted candy. Attach pretzel antlers and cinnamon drop nose with melted candy. Add piped melted green Candy Melt scarf and melted black candy eyes and mouth.
For elf, dip 1 large and 2 mini marshmallows into melted green Candy Melts; dip 1 large and 2 mini marshmallows into melted white Candy Melts tinted with small amount of orange Candy Melts. Dip 2 mini marshmallows into black melted Candy Melts. Refrigerate all until set. Place large marshmallows on lollipop stick; attach mini marshmallows with dots of melted candy. Pipe melted candy hair, facial features and clothing details. For hat, pipe melted green Candy Melts around large edge of spice drop and dip in green nonpareils; add dot of melted candy to top of spice drop and dip in nonpareils. Attach to head with dots of melted candy.
For pumpkins, spray large marshmallows with orange Color Mist; thread onto lollipop sticks, securing with melted candy. Or, dip large marshmallows in melted orange Candy Melts; refrigerate until set then thread onto lollipop sticks. Spray mini marshmallow with green Color Mist or dip in melted green or spooky green Candy Melts; place on top of lollipop stick for stem. Add Foodwriter or melted candy facial features; attach Candy Eyeballs with melted candy, if desired.
For monster, cut 1 large marshmallow in half for arms; cut 1 large marshmallow in half 2/3 through for pants legs. Dip 1 large marshmallow, marshmallow arms and 2 mini marshmallows in black melted Candy Melts. Dip 1 large and 2 mini marshmallows into melted green candy. Dip marshmallow "pants" in gray melted candy. Refrigerate until set. Thread large marshmallows onto lollipop sticks securing with melted candy; attach mini marshmallows with melted candy. Let set. Pipe melted black candy hair, eyebrows and mouth; attach Candy Eyeballs with melted candy.
For leprechaun, cut 1 large marshmallow 2/3 through to form legs; dip cut marshmallow, 1 whole marshmallow and 2 mini marshmallows in melted green Candy Melts. Refrigerate until set. Dip 1 large and 2 mini marshmallows in melted white Candy Melts tinted with small amount of melted orange candy; let set. Dip 2 mini marshmallows into melted black candy; let set. Thread large marshmallows on lollipop stick, securing with melted candy. Attach mini marshmallows to large marshmallows with dots of melted candy; let set. Pipe melted orange, black and light orange candy hair and facial features. For hat, cut off top rounded portion of large green spice drop. Roll out smallest piece on granulated sugar coated surface; cut with wide end of tip 1M and attach to gum drop. Let set. Attach to head with melted candy; let set.
For pot 'o gold, thread 1 large marshmallow onto lollipop stick; dip in melted black Candy Melts. Let set. Pipe mound of icing on top of marshmallow; dip in gold Pearlized Sugar. Pipe outline of melted black candy around top of marshmallow, creating pot rim.
For rainbow, thread 1 large marshmallow onto lollipop stick. Draw rainbow with FoodWriters Edible Markers.
