Make a favorite sandwich using 2 pieces of bread and any favorite sandwich filling (meats, cheese, grilled veggies, etc.).
Using metal cookie cutters, cut sandwich through all layers. Wrap or serve.
Take a slice of bell pepper, cucumber, zucchini or squash; use mini cutters to create fun-to-eat accompaniments. Serve with some low fat dip. Do the same with apples or pears (be sure to dip in lemon juice to avoid browning), melon, kiwi or pineapple.
