Melt Candy Melts following package instructions.
Paint the candy mold flower centers with melted candy. Refrigerate until firm. Fill mold with second color of melted candy. Gently tap mold on counter. Position lollipop stick in each cavity; turn stick to coat with melted candy. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold.
Attach icing decorations to sticks with melted candy; let set.
Process cookies in blender or food processor to make crumbs. Prepare pudding mix with cold milk following package instructions; fold in whipped topping. Line 3/4 cup sized flower pots with king size baking cups; trim cups if necessary. Fill cups 1/3 full with cookie crumbs; spoon pudding mixture over crumbs, filling pot. Top with remaining crumbs; stick lollipops into pudding, cutting sticks as needed. Garnish with gummy worms and candy rocks.
