Dandy Panda Cake

A stand-up cake gets a lot of attention at the party, but it doesn't take much extra attention to bake and decorate. A firm textured batter like pound cake ensures sucess.

Serves 12.

Step 1: Bake Cake

Bake and cool your favorite pound cake recipe or mix in bear pan, following pan instructions. Unmold onto foil-wrapped cake board.

Step 2: Decorate Cake

Ice bottoms of feet smooth with spatula. Pipe in eyes, pupils and paw pads with tip 4 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Cover cake with tip 18 stars.
