Bake and cool your favorite 2-layer cake. Lightly ice in buttercream icing to prepare for fondant covering. Position cake on foil covered cake board. Roll out and cover cake with light green rolled fondant; smooth.
Tint 4 oz. fondant brown for footballs, 6 oz. fondant orange for basketballs, and reserve 4 oz. white for soccer balls and baseballs. Roll out colored fondant 1/8 in. thick and cut basketball, soccer ball and baseball shapes with medium round cutter and football with football cutter. Attach to cake with damp brush. Draw soccer ball and baseball details with FoodWriters. Paint stitching and seams on football using brush and white-white icing color.
