Spray pan cavities with vegetable pan spray. If using refrigerated cookie dough, knead additional flour into dough; press dough into prepared pan cavities. Add cookie sticks; press additional cookie dough over stick. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan 1 minute; remove from pan and cool completely.
Place cooled cookies on cooling grid set over cookie pan; cover with Cookie Icing. If desired, immediately add colored sugars or sprinkles. Or, allow cookie icing to dry several hours or overnight. Decorate these cookies as desired with FoodWriters edible markers.
