Butterfly Snacks

Mini pretzels take flight when filled with candy and turned into pretty butterfly shapes. We’ve decorated the butterflies with decorative sugars, sprinkles and mini candies for added insect bling!

Each serves 1.

Step 1: Prep the Pretzels

Break 5 pretzels into pieces for antennae. On parchment-covered cookie pan, arrange whole pretzels in groups of 2 with single-hole sides touching.

Step 2: Melt Candy

Melt Candy Melts in separate disposable decorating bags following package instructions. Cut small holes in tips of bags.

Step 3: Decorate

Pipe melted light cocoa candy in zigzag between pretzels to look like bodies of butterflies and to hold pretzels together. Press pretzel “antennae” into melted candy “head”. Pipe additional melted candy into each pretzel hole; arrange cinnamon drops, sprinkles, sugars, etc. into melted candy. Refrigerate until set.
