Press cookie dough into pan. Bake. Place cookie pan on cooling rack; immediately imprint butterfly into warm cookie dough using cookie cutter; cool completely. (You can also trace butterfly shape with FoodWriter edible food markers after cookie has cooled completely.)
Tint buttercream icing. Outline butterfly with tip 16. Outline wing designs with tip 18; fill in with tip 18 zigzags and add tip 18 zigzag body. Decorate tip 18 star designs on wings. Print tip 16 message. Decorate tip 18 star border in alternating colors.
