Melt Candy Melts following package instructions. Tint portion of white candy pink using candy color.
Fill molds with melted candy. Gently tap mold on counter. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold.
Bake and cool your favorite 2-layer cake. Position cake on foil-covered cake board. Lightly ice in buttercream icing to prepare for fondant covering.
Tint 4 oz. fondant yellow; tint remainder rose. Roll out rose fondant 1/16-in. thick. Cover cake with rose fondant; smooth. Score quilt squares 2 in. apart using ridged wheel of Cutter/Embosser. Pipe a tip 4 buttercream dot at each intersecting quilt line.
Roll out yellow fondant 1/8 in. thick; cut bear using cutter. Pipe tip 4 buttercream dot muzzle and eyes. Pipe other features and bow using tip 2. Position bear. Print tip 4 message. Pipe tip 21 star bottom border; position candies on border.
