Spatula ice cupcakes. Tint remaining buttercream icing various colors. With tinted icings, on flower nail, pipe tip 104 roses with tip 12 bases. Position roses on cupcakes. Pipe tip 352 leaves.
Place cupcakes on cupcake stand or other serving piece.
