What do you mean by sifted cake flour? Is that regular white flour or another kind of flour?

Cake flour is the most highly refined flour is milled from soft wheat. It is used where a delicate and tender texture is desired. Most grocery stores sell cake flour, but unlike all-purpose flour, which is usually sold in bags, it is sold in 2 pound boxes. If you don't have cake flour available, remove 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour from each cup, then stir in 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
