Hi, Nancy, I love your show and I have just started cake decorating. I was wondering how long can I keep rolled fondant that has been tinted with different colors?

Unused rolled fondant, whether it has been colored or not, will keep up to 2 months in an airtight container. It should not be refrigerated or frozen. If you find the fondant has dried a bit while being stored, knead in a small amount of vegetable shortening.
