I like to make pumpkin rolls but they always seem to be wet or sweat after I fill them and refrigerate them and then take them out to serve them. What am I doing wrong?

Canned pumpkin contains a lot of moisture, so adding it to a cake batter makes a super-moist cake. Allow the cake to fully cool off before filling and rolling it. If time allows, ice the cake roll or dust it with confectioners' sugar immediately before serving to eliminate condensation on top of the roll.
