How long can I store my fondant? It is homemade with marshmallows. Also, how do I exactly store it ?

The amount of time fondant can be stored depends on the fondant type.

If it is rolled fondant, it can be stored for 2 months in an airtight container at room temperature.  DO NOT freeze or refrigerate.

If you are using quick pour fondant, excess can be refrigerated for several weeks.  Once you are ready to use it again, it will need to be reheated and poured.
