I have a cake I made Thursday morning with crusted cream cheese covered with fondant. How long can I leave it out?

Because of the cream cheese, this cake cannot be left out. It must be refrigerated at all times. If you would like to leave your fondant-covered cakes at room temperature, ice the cakes with buttercream icing before covering with fondant.
