I made Spritz cookies with refrigerated cookie dough and the cookies spread a lot the cookie sheet when I put them in the oven. What Spritz cookie recipe should I use so the cookies don't spread out as much on the cookie sheet?

The reason why your cookies spread so much is because refrigerated cookie dough is too soft to hold the shape of a spritz cookie. The right spritz dough recipe needs to have enough flour and levener to give the cookie the right structure. I'd recommend using the Wilton Classic Sprtiz Cookie recipe for a delicious cookie that won't spread.
