What a great idea! The easiest way to do this is to make a copy of the page on a copy machine. The best part about that is that most machines will allow you to increase or decrease the size of the pattern to make is fit nicely on your cake. Then you can cut the copies apart to make the various colors. Or, simply lay the sheet on top of your rolled out fondant and trace the outline of the pattern with a toothpick – you should be able to see the markings on the soft fondant below. Then cut the fondant with the fondant cutter/embosser or a knife.
