Thank you for pointing out we didn’t include cupcakes in our “Baking and Serving Guide.” For standard cupcakes, you use 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter, for mini cupcakes, use 1 heaping tablespoon batter, for jumbo cupcakes, use 1/2 to 2/3 cup batter. We will be adding this information to our website shortly.
