Can I put fondant accents on a cake iced with Wilton Whipped Icing? Also, since this icing typically needs to be refrigerated, can I put a cake with fondant accents in the refrigerator?

Yes, you can put fondant accents on cakes iced with this whipped icing! Extremely deep colors (red, black esp.) might, however, bleed after several hours. Those might be better added at the last minute. Also, cakes iced in Wilton Whipped Icing can remain at room temperature safely for for 2-3 days, so there's no need to refrigerate the fondant accents!
