My gumpaste flowers do not seem to ever harden or set up. I have rolled them very thin and let them air dry, but they are still pliable after many days.

If you are making your own gum paste, make sure you let it rest for a day or two prior to using it. Remember that humidity and temperature can really affect how your gum paste dries, so let your decorations harden in a cool, dry place. This should help them to set up more quickly.
