You can use either method for freezing – either freeze the cookie dough, then defrost and bake, or bake your cookies and freeze. If you plan to decorate the cookies, we recommend decorating them after they are defrosted, not before they are frozen. In either case, make sure you wrap the cookie dough or baked cookies in an airtight container, so that they don't dry out or absorb aromas from the freezer or refrigerator. They can be kept frozen up to 3 months.
