How much time before using, can I make the chocolate buttercream icing?

Buttercream and Chocolate Buttercream Icing can be made 2 weeks in advance of using.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.  Then, when you're ready to use it,  bring the icing to room temperature and whip it again with the electric mixer.
