I see the ingredient glucose in the fondant recipe, but when I search for it, it is not listed anywhere. In what form do I use glucose? Can you help?

If you look again at the recipe on our website you will see that the glucose is added with glycerin to the softened gelatin mixture almost at the beginning of the process. Glucose is a viscous clear liquid product that you can find in craft stores that carry baking supplies.
