Where and how should I store Candy Melt™ candies? How long will the candies last?

Candies should be placed in an air tight container and stored at low humidity between 55-65°F. Your cabinet would be a great place as long as it is not over your stove. If stored in these conditions, candies can be stored for at least 18 months.
