How long can I keep cakes iced with cream cheese icing at room temperature?

Cakes iced with cream cheese icing should be kept refrigerated until shortly before serving. As long as it isn't too hot or too humid, if it has been kept in the refrigerator, it can be displayed at room temperature for no longer than 2 hours.
