I made marshmallow fondant and when I tried rolling it on a wilton mat it got stuck I put confectioner sugar on the mat and I wasn't able to peel it off the mat it got stuck like glue what can I do to avoid this?

It's important to constantly pick up and turn rolled fondant when rolling it out, to help prevent sticking. If the fondant has absorbed all the confectioners' sugar you've placed on the surface when you pick it up, add additional. Some decorators prefer to coat the surface with a thin coating of vegetable shortening. But again, you need to pick up and turn the fondant when you roll it. Hope that helps!
